The Objective​
The objective of the Shadetree project is to deliver a fully functional and aesthetically pleasing website within a one-week timeframe, meeting the client’s specifications. The website will consist of five pages, featuring a clean and minimal design that is fully responsive. Additionally, the site will incorporate a customizable dashboard with limited plugin usage to ensure streamlined functionality. One key focus is to integrate a Careers section that seamlessly links to the main portal, providing visitors with easy access to employment opportunities. The goal is to achieve a quick turnaround while meeting all client requirements and delivering a user-friendly, professional, and responsive web presence for Shadetree.
The Work
In response to Shadetree’s urgent one-week deadline, we eschewed the conventional mockup approval process and relied on our design instincts to swiftly craft a visually pleasing website. Utilizing minimalistic design with thoughtfully placed icons and integrating workplace photos provided by the client, we achieved a clean and modern look. Prioritizing accessibility, we carefully selected colors and UI elements to meet standards. Our development strategy focused on speed and flexibility, employing Advanced Custom Fields and Flexbox for repeated containers, streamlining the creation of new pages. The result is a minimal, aesthetically pleasing website that not only aligns with the client’s vision but also prioritizes accessibility and swift adaptability.
