Visual Cohesion: The website boasts a visually engaging design, differentiating the Pioneer Center’s core pillars with distinctive colors: Purple for Developmental Disabilities, Blue for Behavioral Health, and Green for Homeless Services. This color-coded approach extends to the various services under each pillar, offering a consistent and visually intuitive experience for users.
